I am trying to activate the software but every time I enter the activation code and click the button to continue I get the error message "Activation Code is not defined properly", What am I doing wrong?

Solution Activation Code is not defined properly message appears when you try to use your own activation code on a different computer that the one you have originally activated the software on or you try to type in your activation code other than copying and pasting the code into the application activation window. This could be a typing error that you made during the activation please check the activation code.

If you think you did all above and you still have a problem please contact support and send a screen shot of your activation screen.
