Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I am trying to use the fouling factor button and keep getting an error message:
"Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

Not sure what I can do to correct this issue.



Download and install the extra support files below:
http://support.webbusterzengineering.com/fls/support.exe
The file should install vb6 system support files that will fix this issue by re-registering the files.

if the downloaded file refuses to install please do the following:

1- select the downloaded file using your mouse cursor

2- right click your mouse

3- select "Run as Administrator" or "Install ans Administrator"
