I submitted a ticket but had no reply?

Solution

The support request are normally replied to within 48 hours, and always within few hours. If you have been waiting longer that 48 hours please accept our sincere apologies. The cause to this is the server script failed to notify us of your support request, this technical issue happen in the past few times.
